Beating inside the LZ4 is a Japanese Automatic SII NH25A11J Movement, displayed elegantly through a sapphire caseback. Unique blue stitching on its signature Lumzilla rubber strap makes this piece stand out on its own.

Key things to keep in mind with pre-orders:

1) Production is almost 110% never on time (due to quality assurance, testing, tweaking & re-tweaking – everything to ensure your piece meets the Lum-Tec standard).

2) We are always in contact with Lum-Tec USA head office to followup on delivery dates for you.

3) We do require 100% deposit (which is 100% refundable anytime prior to shipping).

First, we armed the A7 with a custom phantom sapphire crystal face. Next, we added a hand-crafted calf leather strap in noir, paired with an outstanding eccentric blue stitch. Last but not least, we took into consideration of the xxs wrists that may want to don this masterpiece. So, we mindly made it sizable to accomodate those with smaller wrists like myself.

The result, a perfectly executed project that is one-of-a-kind and truly represents what ‘Wrist Weapon’ is all about.

I thought it would be beneficial to provide a little 101 on how the luminosity works in your Lum-Tec and watches in general.

There are a few ways to do it, and I am going to tell you from my experience what works best. The concept is simple, hold your watch under a lamp for a few minutes, go to bed and the watch lume will glow right?

Technically yes, but not as bright as you want it to. Luminous pigments are charged by the UV content in light sources, some may produce more than others. To pack the best punch, try using a LED UV lamp that provides about 365nm. Daylight (D65) fluorescent lamps work super well also.

Ofcourse, natural light is a no brainer – so next time you’re on the beach, unstrap your Lum-Tec (to avoid a awkward tanline) and let it soak up some rays with you.

That is, unless you’re stranded in this rain-mageddon Vancouver weather like I am…

The entire V-Series is powered by a Swiss ETA 2824-2 movement. This is the same movement used by some of today’s most prestigious companies such as Tag-Heuer, Maurice Lacroix, and Cartier (to name a few).

The 2824-2 is an automatic winding, twenty-five (25) jewel movement workhorse. Fitted with top quality components, it is regarded as one of the most accurate and highly dependable movements in the ETA lineup.
